Change-of-Mind Returns

Any voluntary change-of-mind return offer, including its deadline, eligibility requirements and shipping-cost responsibility, must be disclosed in the purchase terms before checkout.

This page does not create an additional voluntary return period where none was offered. Statutory rights remain unaffected.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Tell us promptly if a toy is faulty, damaged, missing included pieces, incorrect or materially different from its description. Stop using unsafe items.

Provide order details, a description and photos where reasonably available. We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. You will not be charged return costs that we are legally responsible for.

Return Instructions and Condition

Contact support for the correct destination. Do not assume the business address is the return warehouse. Pack securely, include the order reference and keep proof of postage. Administrative or packaging instructions do not remove mandatory rights.

For voluntary returns, follow the conditions disclosed at purchase. Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, any lawful deduction for handling beyond necessary inspection will be explained. Return charges lawfully payable by you must have been disclosed as required before purchase.

Refunds, Cancellations and Exchanges

We will explain the outcome and refund amount. Approved refunds normally go to the original payment method within applicable legal periods. Provider posting time may be additional. Original delivery charges are refunded where required by law or the offer.

Request cancellation promptly. Fulfillment status may limit operational changes but does not override statutory rights. Exchanges depend on availability.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing excludes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or faulty-goods rights. More favorable mandatory legal protections prevail over conflicting terms.
